Cosmin is the man that keeps the building standing and the team happy. He is always up to something and has the most wholesome initiatives that help us stay united and create a work environment that allows creativity to flourish and innovation to happen. The dedication he has for our mission truly shows, especially through all the events he organizes.

Other than that, Cosmin likes reading personal development books, will always be there for you and can surely keep a place in order.

Vasile, or how we all call him, ‘Vasi’, is the most fun person to be around. He is this excellent Programmer always delivering great software solutions to challenging projects. Vasi is a great colleague that can turn the gloomiest of days into some of the great days spent at the office. He is a joy to work with and be alongside in our journey of innovation.

Other than that, Vasile is a consistent football amateur, and just like following the strategy of the match, his sharp mind enjoys various strategic games in general. He is able to find the balance between the seriousness of life and the playfulness of smart and fast solutions.

Radu is the youngest member of our team (as of 2021) and he was probably destined to become a Programmer at birth. His talent and passion for technology shine through every line of code he writes, not to mention his understanding of innovation which, simply put, is visionary.

Other than that, his position at the desk is questionable (that poor spine), his references and quick wit might get over your head if you are not paying attention and he can pull through very long hackathons.

Andreea, known as ‘Gheji’, is one good example of how strong essences are kept in small bottles. A mountain of enthusiasm, with a never ending willingness to contribute to our mission of bringing innovation to the world, she works hard, no matter how high the stakes are. Andreea loves the team at Linnify so much that she took it upon herself to mentor the new coming interns and instil our core values into all the team members.

Other than that, Andreea likes playing board games, is not a fan of cheese and knows how to comfort people when they are feeling blue.

Gabriela is known for her great time management and task delegation skills, but these aren’t even her main qualities as a Project Manager. The best one has to be how good of a communicator she is, being able to create a strong bond between the team and the clients, one that is supportive of innovative ideas and visionary concepts. Having worked as a developer before, Gabriela is always very understanding of the team she leads.

Other than that, Gabriela always takes initiative, she likes being up to date and keeps herself informed.

Adrian is a Designer whose work has left people impressed not only for the look of it, but also for his deep understanding of visuals. He makes art that can be integrated into people’s life, because who said innovation has to look cold, boring and unapproachable? His artistic side is definitely his strongest asset and is identifiable in everything he comes up with. Adrian is full of great ideas he always shares with the team, making the collaboration with him one that never stops giving and making room for improvement.

Other than that, Adrian is a greatly talented painter, has an actual degree in Arts and probably has the most charming personality in the house.

Anca is a walking source of useful information, always knows the facts and the figures and leads us to solving our problems. As a Project Manager, she is driven and motivated to reach our goals, but her best quality is how she is always there for the team, no matter the circumstances.

Other than that, Anca likes working out just as much as she enjoys baking and she is quite good at embroidery.

Adrian is a man of action who always has a ‘Let’s do it’ approach to new projects. He firstly writes down his ideas, spots all of the complex parts, makes another coffee, and then he is ready to conquer the world. Adrian is cautious but sometimes takes a well-calculated risk, just so that he can bring some improvements to our work.

Other than that, Adrian likes to laugh off the challenging situations, he works as hard in the gym like he does in the office and is a tough guy with a warm inside and a good soul.

Andreea is a sophisticated Designer, with a sweet personality and great work ethics. She has developed designs that were spot on in translating our vision, with a hint of her authentic self and a spark of something we haven’t seen before. Her belief in unity is never shaken by the more challenging situations, as she will always see through every project and also manage to keep a warm smile on her face, that just brightens up the office.

Other than that, Andreea has a degree in Psychology, has some impressive skills in video editing and will always take initiative in getting us all involved in spreading joy into the world.
