Command Center was developed as an internal product at Linnify to improve the way the team managed technical profiles, equipment, and internal processes.

Beyond operational management, the platform also integrated cultural features, such as celebrating birthdays and peer-to-peer appreciation based on company values, creating a bridge between productivity and team spirit.

It laid the foundation for more integrated internal systems at Linnify and provided valuable learning experiences for both interns and the product team.

As Linnify continued to grow, two internal challenges became increasingly evident:

  • There was no centralized system to track and manage key operational data, including technical profiles, equipment inventory, and project performance metrics. Information was scattered across tools and documents, making it difficult to get a clear overview or make data-informed decisions.

  • The company also lacked a dedicated platform to reinforce culture and values. While recognition and engagement were strong informally, there was no structured way to celebrate achievements, track contributions, or connect daily actions to Linnify’s core principles.


These gaps highlighted the need for an internal platform that could bring both efficiency and cultural alignment under one system.

Command Center was designed as a multi-functional internal platform that:

  • Allowed the team to manage and generate technical profiles quickly.

  • Centralized equipment tracking and usage.

  • Added cultural features, such as automatic birthday reminders and a peer recognition system where team members could appreciate one another based on Linnify’s values of Authenticity, Unity, and Vision.

The project started as part of an internship program, providing hands-on learning opportunities while addressing real company needs. The project continued even beyond the internship period.
