drd doctors online is Austria’s first telemedicine platform, designed to improve access to healthcare by offering real-time video consultations with general practitioners. Users can search for doctors, securely store their medical records, and access digitally signed medical documents from one place.
The mission of drd is to digitize and simplify access to medical services. By making general practitioners available via encrypted video calls, drd aims to become the first point of contact for patients with medical questions.

drd aimed to solve this by creating a digitally enabled first point of contact for patients. The challenge was to build a secure, scalable platform that could handle sensitive data, integrate payment systems, and remain intuitive for everyday users, all within strict deadlines and limited resources.
