GrasshoppHer is a women-led mentorship initiative focused on reshaping the future of work by building access, support, and visibility for women and non-binary individuals. Through curated mentorship programs, community content, and networking opportunities, GrasshoppHer connects aspiring professionals with experienced mentors across industries.
The platform acts as a bridge, connecting forward-thinking women and allies in corporate, entrepreneurial, and creative spaces with mentorship opportunities that are personal, relevant, and action-driven.
Traditional mentorship programs are often rigid, exclusive, and inaccessible to many women, particularly those without corporate connections or prior guidance. GrasshoppHer was founded to disrupt outdated mentorship models and bring more people into inclusive, community-first mentorship experiences that prioritize representation, empowerment, and growth.

Professionally driven women and non-binary individuals, primarily in North America, seeking mentorship, career development, and community support.
GrasshoppHer aligns with the rising demand for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) platforms that not only address access gaps in leadership but actively build tools and communities to help women thrive professionally.

GrasshoppHer needed a trusted partner to refocus its technology presence. After experiencing performance issues with a previously developed mobile app, the team wanted to centralize their efforts into a well-branded, reliable, and community-driven web platform that would be easy to manage and appealing to a growing audience. They also needed a strategic and design-aligned partner who could help them scale, not just a service provider, but a collaborator who understood the mission.
Technical limitations and usability issues risked damaging user trust and making it difficult to scale impact. Without a strong, accessible platform, GrasshoppHer couldn’t fully engage its community or deliver on its vision of reshaping how mentorship works for women.

Linnify partnered with GrasshoppHer to rebuild their web presence from the ground up, focusing on accessibility, brand consistency, and mentorship-centric functionality.
The presentation website now includes:
Through iterative collaboration, fast feedback cycles, and strong product ownership, Linnify helped GrasshoppHer move from a mobile-focused model to a more agile, scalable web-based presence, without losing momentum or audience trust.

Linnify initially stepped in to support and maintain GrasshoppHer’s existing mobile app and web platform. Upon discovering critical issues in usability and stability, we conducted an audit, proposed a web-first solution, and rebuilt the platform to better align with GrasshoppHer’s goals and audience needs.

The GrasshoppHer case is a story of course correction, collaboration, and clarity. With Linnify’s support, the platform shifted from a fragmented app experience to a cohesive, mission-driven web presence that empowers women to access mentorship, share stories, and take action together.
This project highlighted Linnify’s ability to deliver fast, strategic productpivots grounded in real user insight. It also reinforced the value of design-led partnerships in building purpose-driven platforms that are technically sound, emotionally resonant, and scalable.
