Triliada is an EdTech platform that helps Romanian high school students explore and identify their ideal university path. By connecting them with current college students and offering curated guidance tools (including events, quizzes, and vocational assessments). Triliada addresses the core question many teens and parents face: "What should I do after high school?"
The platform bridges the gap between curiosity and clarity, helping students understand academic paths and make informed, confident decisions about their future.
In Romania, career guidance in high schools is often limited, generalized, or missing altogether. Many students choose a faculty without fully understanding their fit or potential outcomes. Triliada aims to offer a structured, digital-first alternative rooted in real peer experience and personalized discovery.

Romanian high school students, with an initial focus on urban centers like Cluj-Napoca and the surrounding regions.
The solution was adapted to the Romanian university landscape and student experience, taking into account parents’ involvement in education decisions and the importance of peer insights in shaping academic expectations.

Without proper validation, there was a risk of building a platform that didn't address real user pain points or missed its audience entirely.
Without clear career guidance, many students risk enrolling in misaligned programs, leading to high dropout rates, academic dissatisfaction, or wasted resources.
Triliada sought to reduce these outcomes through direct, meaningful engagement.

Linnify supported Triliada through a complete product validation process designed to bring clarity, structure, and focus to the founder’s vision.
Together, we explored the opportunity space, analyzed user needs, and outlined a roadmap that aligned with real market demand.
The process began with user research to understand the behavior and needs of students, parents, and university mentors. Through interviews and persona mapping, we identified key motivators: the desire for practical insight into university life, clarity around academic fit, and safe, informal access to ask questions that school counselors often cannot answer.
From there, Linnify facilitated collaborative workshops to define the platform’s core value proposition and differentiate it from existing offerings. We also mapped out priority features, content structure, and gamification elements that would support long-term user engagement and learning.
The result was a validated concept with clear target users, messaging, and a phased product strategy grounded in real user feedback.

Linnify led the product validation phase of Triliada, transforming the founder’s early concept into a structured, focused platform vision.
We supported early-stage decisions with research-backed methods and collaborative strategy work.
During this process, we designed and conducted user research with high school students, university students, and parents.
