The solution

In the first phase, we developed an e-learning platform. This platform is dedicated to teaching people from special social groups that do not have access so easily to information about the tourism industry and encouraging them to pursue a career in this domain.

The second phase of the project involved the development of an onboarding tourism platform that would benefit both Wens’ customers and its employees. The platform facilitates the customers getting a touristic package fully personalized to their needs while also easing the workload for our employees. 

The idea for this onboarding booking platform came from the validation workshops held by us which helped Wens’ team understand better what their customers and other potential users actually need, and how exactly they can alleviate their pains.
